Stephenson MK Trust is a continually expanding organization committed to supporting young people who are at risk of exclusion from mainstream secondary provision (Bridge Academy) and specialist secondary provision for students with Social Emotional and Mental Health needs (Stephenson Academy). Post Name:- Teacher of STEM (Stephenson Academy)
Salary:- £23,720 – £39,406 (MPS/UPS)
To deliver Science and/or Maths and possibly Engineering and Technology based subjects to students, aged 11-18, all of whom have an Education Health Care Plan with a primary need of social, emotional and mental health. We are looking for a passionate and highly skilled practitioner who, alongside teaching of core curriculum lessons, will also be able to undertake the broader and collaborative responsibility of promoting and engaging students in STEM across the school and liaising with work experience staff to promote STEM careers. Applications from NQTs are welcome. This post may also offer the opportunity to work within our new Sixth Form provision, ready from September 2019.

Salary: £26,069 to £35,008 (Instructor Scale/MPS)
To deliver Catering based subjects to students, aged 11-18, all of whom have an Education Health Care Plan with a primary need of social, emotional and mental health. We are looking for a passionate and highly skilled practitioner who able to engage students in the subject, giving them the opportunity to develop life skills, whilst for those more able to attain appropriate qualification, supporting their move on to a possible career within the catering industry. Salary: £36,502 – £48,963 (FTE)
We are looking for an experienced and qualified Finance Manager who will play an active role in the operational day to day finance functions as well as undertaking strategic financial planning, ensuring compliance in accordance with statutory regulations.

Post Name:- Teaching Assistant
Salary:- £17,976 – £21,852 (FTE), actual salary – £18,616 per annum
37 hours per week, 39 weeks, Monday to Friday (term-time)
To support the academic and behaviour needs of students at the Academy to enable them to develop personal, social and academic skills.
