Sunshine Development hiring for Project Engineer

Sunshine Development Pte Ltd, a wholly owned local development company based in nadi, invites suitably qualified and/or experienced applicants for the position of Project Engineer. Reporting to the Project Consultants, iConsult Pte ltd, the incumbent will manage the following generic areas relating to land development and project management.

Post Name:- Project Engineer

1.  Civil design, project estimation and costing, budgeting and project management;
2. Ensure compliance to Fiji building and construction code and standards;
3. Provide technical assistance in the areas of civil, structure, architectural and land survey;
4. Liaison with local authorities including Nadi Town Council, Town and Country Planning, Dept. of Environment, Dept. of Energy to name a few.

Education / Experience:-

•  Graduate and/or Civil Engineer with minimum of 5 years experience.
• Working knowledge in civil engineering, land surveying, electrical, hydraulics, roads, telecommunication, data and other infrastructure related services including project management.
• Strong analytical and technical skills in the areas of civil engineering and land development.
• Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Mandatory – experience in AutoCAD is compulsory.
• Knowledge of MS Project Management Office and Excel. Other applications including GIS, mapping and drone is desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple projects within budget and on time. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision as part of a team.
• Must have a valid Group 2 driving license.
