Post Name: Director of People and Culture

– The King’s School is more than educational programs and practices. It is a community of students, staff and families, passionate and committed to nurturing people. Our growing of people depends on a positive and active commitment to our Christian culture – our beliefs, values, attitudes and behavior.

– The Director of People and Culture will be an experienced Human Resources specialist who is able to provide innovative solutions in organizational and cultural development, workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management and employee relations of The King’s School, and will lead, inspire, motivate and enthuse all members of our community to ensure the School’s strategic and operational vision.
