Duties Include:

• Recruiting, orient and maintain independent home delivery contractors.
• Building and nurturing productive relationships with contractor force
• Achieve performance standards of the geographic district as a whole and oversee the performance of individual contractors.
• Monitor and enforce provisions of independent carrier agreements
• Customer satisfaction in the field
• Must be able to deliver down routes
  Requirements:

• Supervisory or management experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and vehicle insurance (expense is reimbursed)
• Hours vary depending on performance of the district, but generally 1:30 AM to 9:30 AM
