We are seeking an energetic and passionate Principal who will be committed to educational excellence and will engage and inspire both students and staff. It will be vital that you understand the importance a rural school plays in the local community and are someone who is willing to be active and visible in the school and wider community.

You will be an inspiring leader evidenced by:

• Being committed to enhancing student achievement, through sound curriculum knowledge, analysis, reporting and planning
• Having the ability to engage and work positively alongside staff, students, and the community
• Creating a school environment that inspires, challenges, and supports the educational and wellbeing needs of all students
• Being an experienced and effective classroom practitioner
• Having a reputation of coaching, mentoring, and leading with clarity
• Being approachable and maintaining strong relationships with families
