Post Name: Finance Manager

This is a senior role within the organization. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Finance Manager will be responsible for providing financial and advisory services and delivering reports on the Company’s financial position to the Executive Team and the Board.

Key Roles:

• Management of the Finance Team
• Risk management planning and assessment
• Implementation of accounting control procedures
• Liaise as and when required with the external auditors on financial matters
• Compliance management
• Review monthly GL account reconciliation
• Handle lax matters
• Project expenditure management
• Budget preparation, monitoring, and management
• Board/Executive Management Reporting
• Risk profiling and reporting
• Financial services reporting
• Asset management policy, strategy, and planning
• Any other task assigned by the CEO

Key Attributes:

• Preferred Post Graduate or Masters qualifications in Accounting
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Management, leadership, and planning capabilities
• Solid understanding of accounting software packages
• Member of appropriate professional accounting associations
