Watkin Motors Ford located in Vernon, Canada’s Oldest Established Ford Dealership and a leader in the automotive industry, is seeking a Sales Accounting Administrator to assume ownership and responsibility for the financial and accounting operations of the new and used automotive sales, due to an upcoming retirement Watkin Motors Ford is a third generation family run dealership with a long tenured staff base.

Post Name:- Sales Accounting Administrator

Responsibilities include the processing of all unit sales, including commission calculations, ledger posting, lien payouts, finance contract advancing and month end reconciliations. This position also provides back up relief for the leasing and payroll department.

Requirements:-

•  The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Business Management Diploma
•  A minimum of five years’ accounting experience, including 2 years in a dealership is preferred
• A strong work ethic and proven accounting acumen
• Excellent attention to detail, resiliency and eagerness to learn are essential
• Proven multitasking and deadline management experience
• Strong proficiency in Excel and MS Office applications.
• Effective time and priority management is essential
• Payroll and HR management experience or knowledge preferred
• Excellent professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player
