The Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS) is an international non-government organization committed to working with communities, government and other partners, to protect biodiversity and natural resources through sound management practices. WCS is recruiting a Finance Director to be based in Suva to cover Fiji, Solomon Islands and Vanuatu.

Post Name:- Finance Director

Position requirements are:-

1.  A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, accounting major preferred. A MBA or CPA a plus.
2.  At least 5 years’ experience in financial management, including working or managing budgets, supporting administration of projects/programs, tracking of contracts and grants
3.  At least three years of work experience in NGOs in Fiji.
4.  Experience working with grants from international donors, particularly from the European Union.
5.  Demonstrated ability in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
6.  Play a leadership role on multiple projects, set realistic deadlines and manage a timeline.
7.  Good communication skills, both written and verbal with all levels of staff and with Board Level communications.
