A.B. Paterson College seeks an outstanding leader to raise student achievement and improve quality teaching and learning across the College consistent with our strategic plan, vision, mission and values.

The Director of Teaching, Learning and Innovation must be committed to the learning and academic growth of all students and inspire and motivate the whole College community towards high educational standards.

Current Queensland Teacher Registration is a requirement for this position.

• Curriculum Vitae – outlining your skills, experiences, roles held and educational achievements
• At least two professional referees. At least one reference provided will need to be from the Senior Management Team i.e. Principal or Deputy Principal.
