Almanar Post Name: Construction Manager
Location at: For projects in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman

  • Inspect & review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, coordination with consultant & contractors, sub contractors.
  • Prepare projects Estimation, quotations, contract agreements, revisions, & coordination & follow for obtaining necessary approvals, permits and other with the concerned authorities.
  • To ensure requisite supply of material available to allow the project flow uninterruptedly & to be efficient in resource utilization, no wastage’s, record maintained & monitor the stocking/store.
  • Handling of all civil activities, correspondences, documentations are in keeping with contractual requirements ensure to claim within & beyond the contract & defend our position from all the quarters.
  • Preparation of Management reports. Project cost evaluation, project budgeting, look ahead plans, & monitor interrelated activities to take necessary steps on time to meet project deadlines, management vision & to take action any related issues.
  • B.E. in Civil Engineering with at-least 5 years of work experience with reputed large contracting company.
  • Preferably: MBA. or Post Graduate in Construction Management/ Accounts/Admin knowledge
  • Solid communication skills, strong critical and analytical thinking skills, & appreciation of diversity.
  • Provide a work environment that engenders positive energy, creativity and teamwork among employees
  • Must hold a driving GCC license.

Post Name: Accountant/ Administration
Looking for an experienced accountant/Administrator

  • Verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling accounts.
  • Producing error -free accounting reports and present their results.
  • Analyzing financial information and summarizing Financial status.
  • General ledger functions & month -end/year – end close process.
  • Administration in general (Staff related/Insurance & other matters)
  • Responsibilities include reconciling account, bank statement; maintain ledgers, & preparing month end close procedures to analyze forecasts, & cash flows.
  • Duties also include ensuring accuracy & effectiveness in all accounting tasks.& administration in general. Awareness of business trends, familiar with financial accounting statements.
  • Preparation of final accounts, & audit submission.
  • Degree in accounting/ Preferably MBA in Finance,
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years working experience. Preferred in Construction or Audit Co.
  • ERP Or Oracle Knowledge is essential. – Should be well versed with Tally ERP 9
  • Computer skill: Strong Microsoft office especially Excel skills.
