• Manage, monitor, train and guide the workforce to achieve maximum productivity
• Manage and supervise the daily operations of the estate and ensure that work activities are performed in accordance with the standards set by the company
• Assist manager to prepare yearly budget

Qualification:

• Diploma / Degree in Plantation Technology and Management
• Diploma Degree in Estate Management
