Responsibilities of Plant Manager
To oversee plant operations in Mambong. Primary responsibilities include:

• To lead the daily management and coordination of plant operations including production, health & safety, and maintenance. This shall include effective manpower planning, production planning, stock management, equipment maintenance, and plant optimizations.
• To ensure production, maintenance, and quality targets and objectives are achieved.
• To ensure compliance with all Safety and Health, Environmental and Labour requirements, and compliance with corporate policies and regulations.
• To ensure products produced and delivered are of the required Quality, Specifications, and quantity.
• To ensure that systems and processes are well implemented and to continually seek for improvements to provide better efficiencies

Requirements of Plant Manager

• Degree in Engineering or other related Field
• Minimum of 15 years experience in clinker plant operations with at least 5 years experience in a managerial/supervisory position.
• Proficient in written & spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Good interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Able to work independently, self-initiated & self-motivated with good leadership skills
• Able to effectively engage and deal with highly demanding people
• Creative problem-solving skills, quick thinking, and pragmatic with attention to details
• Possesses valid driving license
