We are currently seeking a Senior Structural and Infrastructure Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Structural OR Infrastructure Design Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the design and analysis of a wide range of structural engineering projects. This position will be based in our Kuching office and will report to the Managing Director.

Qualifications:-

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited university.
• Registration with BEM as Professional Engineer (PE) is on added advantage
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in structural OR Infrastructure design, analysis, and project management
• Extensive experience with structural design software such as PROTA, TEKLA, MITS and Civil 3D
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other drafting software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Responsibilities:-

• Lead the design and analysts of complex structural engineering projects, including new construction and renovation projects
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure that they are completed on time and within budget
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and designers
• Review project plans, specifications, and calculations for accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry standards and trends in structural engineering
• Participate in business development efforts by developing proposals, attending client meetings, and presenting technical solutions to clients
