Federation Council was formed by NSW Government proclamation on 12 May 2016 by the merger of the former Corowa Shire and Urana Shire Councils. The organization is seeking to recruit 3 Directors, reporting to the General Manager, who will drive change and provide strategic leadership and direction for their Departments. These positions are responsible for managing a range of multi-disciplined teams and ensuring that Council’s Strategic Plans and objectives are achieved.

We are seeking to appoint suitably qualified Senior Executive Managers for the following positions.

•  Director Corporate & Community Services
• Director Development & Environmental Services
• Director Engineering Operations

To be successful in these roles applicants must have a ‘can-do’ attitude, a strong community focus, extensive experience in senior executive management, leading organizational change, providing customer focused services and in delivering results.
