Glen Street Theatre is a busy 400-seat professional theatre, owned and managed by Northern Beaches Council. The theatre boasts a strong subscription audience and delivers an engaging annual performing arts program for all ages and tastes.

Post Name:- Director

As Director, Glen Street Theatre, you must have a strong understanding of performing arts management and an entrepreneurial flair to deliver broad ranging, exciting arts programs that foster community connection, engage new audiences and enhance the creative culture of the Northern Beaches. You will lead the Glen Street Theatre team, and build strong stakeholder relationships, managing sensitive political and commercial issues. You will have strong financial management skills and be able to exercise excellent leadership, judgement and negotiation skills.

You will be a strategic thinker, always proactively seeking opportunities, improvement and innovation, with a high level of communication skills and the ability to develop and deliver effective programming and action plans in an arts or local government context.

Job Type:- Permanent, Full-Time Position

70 hours per fortnight

Total Remuneration Package based on skills and experience.
