Post Name: Technician / Technician Supervisor
(Aircon Experience)

Job Descriptions:

• Perform troubleshooting & repair works of aircon
• On-site preventive servicing & maintenance of aircon
• Ensure all works compliance with appliance standards and Health and Safety Act
• Cleaning, checking, and repairing of air conditioning systems
• Perform troubleshooting defective aircon systems and equipment to identify the root cause and replacement of component
• Improve air quality and optimize efficiency by cleaning cooling coil (Chemical Wash / Steam Cleaning)
• Ensure drain pipe free of dust/dirt and properly draining
• Submission servicing & maintenance functions reports
• Ensure all works comply with appliance standards and Health and Safety Act
• Carry out regular check to all plant room facilities equipment – fire protection system
• Carry out general maintenance works (eg. aircon, electrical and plumbing works)
• Perform minor repair works and restore operating with minimum downtime
• Ensure smooth operation of all M&E system in the building
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• NTC 2/3 or NITEC in Mechanical / Electrical / Building
• Minimum 1-year relevant working experience in maintenance of M&E systems and building facilities and implementing Improvement works
• Immediate starter or within short notice period preferred
