Post Name: Cell Manufacture – Manager

Responsibilities of Cell Manufacture Manager:

• To ensure manufacturing team to meet output, quality and cost target.
• Assist Site General Manager to meet overall factory key performance indicators (KPIs) based on Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost standards.
• Responsible to establish production control system to ensure flawless manufacturing.
• Set Departmental KPIs and align with the overall factory target.
• Allocate and deploy manpower efficiently for optimum productivity.
• Ensure full utilization of factory capacity.
• To ensure 100% compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• To ensure all to uphold high discipline standards on the production floor.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to improve capacity, quality and cost.
• Control overall manufacturing operations to ensure to meet the cost target.
• Provide guidance and coaching to team to achieve high productivity.
• Set a good career path for employees in Manufacturing Department.
• Emphasize a safe and good working environment.
• Other duties and responsibility maybe assigned as needed.

Cell Manufacture Manager Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/ Masters Degree in any field preference will be manufacturing related.
• Related experience in supervisory role.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office – Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Power Point)
• Minimum 10 years related working experience in a high volume manufacturing environment.
• Experience in new factory start up or new product introduction.
• Proven ability to lead, supervise and motivate subordinates.
• Good leadership and supervisory skills.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methods.
