Requirements:
Post Name: Facility Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage various groups of Facility engineers and technicians such as Electrical & Operation team, Mechanical & Maintenance team, Building Maintenance Team and Coolant Filtration team, etc.
• Manage various Cell plants of Facility Section Managers, Engineers and Technicians such as Electrical & Operation team, Mechanical & Maintenance team, Chemical & Gas Team and RODI/WWTP/STP team, etc.
• To advice facility engineers on unplanned downtime or breakdowns and troubleshooting for all facility systems.
• To undertake assignments/tasks provided by Facility Director
• Responsible for all the upgrading and modification projects related to facility department.
• Manage the subordinates in performing their routine jobs and provide effective training and motivation through clear communication.
• Drive all the facility engineers in continuous improvement projects.
• Drive for cost effectiveness for operation & maintenance of all facilities equipment and systems.
• Drive the engineers to achieve the department KPI and comply with all ISO requirements.
• Working closely with SEB/SESCO/KWB/BOMBA/DOSH/DOE and other government agencies on the every matter related to facility.

Requirements:

• Degree, Master in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Additional Master in Management or management experience will be an added advantage.
• Possess good interaction and manageable skills and able to share and transfer knowledge.

Post Name: Senior Purchasing Manager
Responsibilities:

• Oversea the functional of site Purchasing in alignment with the Global Purchasing strategies
• Lead the site Purchasing team in achieving the department objectives or goals.
• Ensure continuous cost improvement and identify reduction opportunities and strategies.
• Actively participate in tender processes for substantial high value purchases.
• Identify, solicit and recommend reliable sources at competitive price.
• Ensure all purchases are in compliant to Company Policies and Procedures and the approved Delegation of Authority (DOA)
• Leading and managing the Purchasing organization by defining, implementing and developing Supply Chain strategies and systems.
• Implementing Purchasing systems and procedures to improve cost efficiency and formulate strategy for cost reduction activities and risk mitigation.
• Contract review, analysis and negotiations.
• Work closely with other department to create & deliver Supply Strategies which support the aims & aspirations of the company’s business units.
• Create supply strategies which ensure continued Compliant, High Quality, Secure & Cost Competitive products & services are supplied to the company.
• Responsible for supplier performance and deploying procedures and implementation in compliant to ISO standard.

Requirements:

• Master/Bachelor Degree in Science, Mathematics or Statistics, Business Admin, Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Purchasing / lnventory / Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent
• At least 5 years managerial experience.
