Skills & Experience:-

• Possess 3+ years reception/switchboard experience
• Experience using a Cisco Switchboard or similar switchboard console (preferred)
• Exceptional verbal communication skills
• Sound interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks and display initiative
• Advanced knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, scanning and any other specialized software preferred
• Well organized and able to successfully priorities workload and work well under pressure
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well within a team with minimal supervision
• Ability to follow standard procedures with attention to detail
• Enthusiastic, helpful attitude and desire to learn
• Fast and accurate typing (min 70-80 wpm)
• Be professionally presented
