Post Name: Planning Engineers / Project Engineers
Responsibilities:

• Undertake project planning and scheduling engagements at client locations
• Perform project controls requirement as per client’s project contract requirement
• Ensuring plans meet the client’s specifications
• Making estimations for timescales and costs
• Supervising the project at all stages and providing solutions to problems
• Collaborating with site managers, surveyors, engineers, site worker and other professionals
• Organizing the procurement strategy
• Ensuring procedures are carried out safely
• Recognize and modify plans arising from the impact of variations
• Assist with improvements in planning standards, procedures, processes, and systems.
• Advise and assist all users and sponsors of the plans, including process owners
• Production of what if scenarios and ad-hoc plans as required
• Provide mentoring to clients or end users in product software and project management methodologies
• To assist, educate and lead junior planner in skill and quality development
• To provide upmost support to after sales operation and requirement
• Conduct software product and project management training courses
• Install and configure product software to suit the clients requirements
• Provide support and execution on Project Planning and monitoring in 4D BIM for construction
  Requirements:

• This position is tailored to suit our type of business and requires the incumbent to have the following attributes
• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor degree, Professional degree in an engineering field or similar
• At least 2 years’ experience in project related field
• Experience in the use of Primavera P6 or equivalent planning software
• Knowledge of 3D related software will be added advantage
• Pro-active in learning new products and services. Understand project management methodologies
• Able to work in a team environment but is a self-starter
• Converse at all management levels and confident at presenting to large audiences
• Salary will commensurate with qualification & experience
• Preferably based at Kuching or Miri.
