Rafulin FMS Post Name: Quantity Surveyor
Locations: (Kuching)
Job Responsibility:

• To be responsible in the overall contract administration, preparation of contract, project estimate and tender, monitoring and control of construction cost, negotiation with sub-contractors and other relevant duties
• To be responsible in the preparation of project tender, costing, budget and estimates including Bills of Quantities
• To perform building material estimation for each project and take site measurements
• To coordinate materials and equipment delivery schedule
• To interpret contract and tender documents
• To attend monthly progress meeting on site
• To liaise with all level of management /consultants/contractors/ supplier
  Job Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma. Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• Candidate with working experience in building/construction industry is required for this position.
• Minimum of 2 years experiences in related industry.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings.
• Independent, organize with positive working attitudes.
