Diesel Mechanic Job Opening at Rosie Holidays Suva Fiji

Post Name: Diesel Mechanic

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day preventive maintenance of our total fleet which includes manual, automatic, air conditioned, diesel and petrol cars, minivans and coaches ranging from 8 to 53-seater vehicles.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a heavy diesel mechanic, and strong understanding of engine system and its components
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve mechanical issues
• Good working knowledge in maintenance of petrol and diesel cars/coaches.
• Possess a valid Heavy PSV Drivers Licence.
• Complete regular maintenance checks on all vehicles in our fleet.
• Diagnose vehicle defects and repair of the same.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities, including parts used, and diagnostic findings.
