As a key member of the senior management team, the successful candidate will/ will assist to oversee all aspects of the Home’s operations and management, ensuring the effectiveness and quality of the services and programmes.

The key job responsibilities are:

• Administration, human resource, finance, logistics and estate and resource management.
• Organization of work, service delivery, service excellence
• Security and emergency planning
• Programme development, implementation and evaluation
• Individualized Care Plan formulation, multidisciplinary case discussion/conference
• Volunteer management
  Requirements:

• Degree holder or above with at least three years in a leadership position with general management experience
• Passion for working with destitute persons who are aged and/or have mental and medical conditions
• Strong people and leadership skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills and analytical skills
• Is result orientated, committed to high standard of professional practices?
