Job description of Site Manager:-
This role has two responsibilities.

Key responsibilities of the Site Manager of LSEG Malaysia role include

• Office and local coordination of employees and oversight of all staff on site
• Act as a key member of the site management committee – chairing some meetings and supporting the development of others on the management committee to grow into their roles
• Promote office/local culture and communication – but ensuring ongoing alignment with the overall LSEG values, behaviors and ways of working
• Escalation of local critical issues, including risk, client and personnel, to line management and regional manager as well as relevant corporate functions as appropriate
• Act as local senior contact for LSEG Corporate partners, including Property, Risk, HR, and Finance
• Support, lead and coordinate local and regional initiatives as appropriate and act as local “ambassador” to the local community

Key responsibilities of the Lean Six Sigma Leader include role:

• Evaluate and document processes leading to the identification of opportunities to achieve significant productivity and data quality improvements for data collection processes
• Provide training and work with employees on Lean Six Sigma improvement projects using Lean and DMAIC including validating and reporting benefits
• Effectively engage with other improvement leaders globally to support Al and Robotics initiatives and automated Key Performance Indicators reporting
• Act as an agent for change – challenge status quo; ensure support and buy-in for improvement projects

Job Requirements of Site Manager and Lean Six Sigma Leader:-

• Bachelor’s Degree in either Science, Engineering, Business, IT or equivalent
• Experience in leading larger teams and working in a global environment
• Lean Six Sigma Certification (preference is Black Belt or Master Black Belt).
• Exceptional analytical, communication, facilitation and leadership skills
• Able to create a positive work environment which challenges and inspires others to achieve business results
