Post Name: Payroll Officer (x1)

We are seeking to recruit an experienced, highly motivated and dynamic individual(s) for the following position of Payroll Officer (x1).

Responsibilities:

This will involve:

• Run Bio-matric report according to week endings and email to department Managers.
• Processing wages and salaries in a timely manner in accordance to the individual employment contract.
• Ensure wages are correctly expensed to the departments.
• Ensuring statutory payments are done on time (FNPF, PA YE, ECAL, SRT, FCEF, and FNU Levy).
• Updating employee files and leave records (sick leave, annual leave, bereavement leave).
• Keeping proper records of monthly payroll deductions and remittances.
• Liaising with staff and management with payroll related queries.
• Ensure timely processing of staff payroll to meet expectations.
• Provide payroll reports to finance heads and Executive Management on a weekly/fortnightly and monthly basis.
• Maintain and update records for all employee personal details.
• Should he able to work shift on a 24/7 basis.
• Any other duties/tasks as assigned by supervisor/manager.

Qualification & Experience:

The successful candidate must have the following prerequisites:

• Diploma in Accounting.
• Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• The important characteristics desired are integrity, ethical behavior, and teamwork.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and a team player.
• Flexible attitude towards working hours
