UMW Oil and Gas seeking for Executive and Human Capital at Kuala Lumpur

Post Name: Executive, Human Capital (Work Permit) UMW OIL & GAS – based in KL
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for foreign worker permit application (include work permit, tourist visa, renewal of work permit and other permits)
• Responsible for foreign worker management (include work permit termination and other task assigned by management from time to time).
• Liaise with immigration on foreign workers related matter (include prepare document and others).
• Assist in recruitment process – sourcing, interview arrangement, issuance of LOA, on boarding.
  Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years in human resource management.
• Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be familiar with work permit application procedures.
• Familiar with the relevant Malaysian, Sabah & Sarawak Immigration work processes & procedures.
• Familiar with Malaysian Labour Laws and Employment Act.
