Post Name: Account / Admin Executive

East – (Loyang Crescent – Loyang Offshore Supply Base)

Responsibilities:

1. Customer’s Account
   • Process RFQ and Sales Order
   • Co-ordinate with US Corporate HQ and Customers in monitoring of Sales Order status and shipment
   • Prepare Contract Price list
2. Office Network / IT System / Office Admin / HR
   • Co-ordinate with external service provider and HQ IT personnel for network linkage to HQ server, etc.
   • Office admin/ HR duties
3. Any other work as assigned
   Qualifications
   • Minimum Diploma in Business Management with 2 years experience
   • Team player & Good command of written and spoken English

Singaporean is preferred
