Post Name: Crewing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Human Resource Manager and to lead and manage the crewing team
• Responsible for manning of vessels and the planning of crew change
• Give guidance and advice to the crewing team regarding operational matters
• Ensure the logistics of crew change is well coordinated with all parties involved
• Ensure crew database is maintained and updated as required

Requirements:

• Degree in Maritime Studies or in a relevant discipline
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Previous experience in a similar position, marine manning would be advantageous

Post Name: Crewing Executive / Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Responsible on crewing department, planning & monitoring of crew schedule
• Ensure all the crewing activities are executed in compliance with company policies & procedure
• Check & verify crew qualifications / documentation and other qualification in adhere to all applicable regulations, marine department and clients’ requirement

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in any field
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
• Previous experience in a similar position, crewing operations would be advantageous
