Job Responsibilities includes:-

– Supporting the administration team
– Coordinating client liaison and meetings for Management and Staff;
– Coordinating and maintaining office mail register;
– Regular handling of media notices and announcements;
– Assisting with administrative duties

Requisite credentials for this position:-

• Post high school qualification
• Proficient with the Microsoft office;
• Strong command of written and spoken English;
• Exceptional phone manners;
• At least two years’ experience in a similar position;
• The ability to demonstrate initiative and be prepared to work flexible hours;
• Effective interpersonal skills for team work;
• Some basic knowledge of accounting and reconciliation will be advantageous;

The position has to be filled fairly quickly and applications supported with credentials, recent photo and references are to be received no later than 31st August 2018. Remuneration will be discussed at the time of interview commensurate with credentials and experience.
