Post Name: Trainer

The ideal candidate needs to have a strong desire for career development and excellent Training skills.

The role entails to deliver quality Trainings both in-house and on-site on all the Amadeus related products. Including providing quality customer support by answering customer calls, gathering and analyzing information, resolving customer problems.

Requirements:

Location: Oman

Nationality: Nationals of Oman only.

Qualification & Education:
The candidate should be a degree or diploma holder with a professional certification on any GDS or Airline Reservations & Ticketing Systems OR an IATA certification/diploma in basic, intermediate & advance ticketing. A recognized Train-the-Trainer certification is considered as an advantage.

Experience:
At least 3 year’s experience in training/coaching role, ideally in the aviation industry is required, and 1 year in customer service experience is preferred. Involvement in IATA programmes is an advantage.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong command of spoken & written English
• Strong Amadeus system functional related knowledge
• Well-developed stand up presentation skills is an advantage
• Very good communication skills
• Knowledge of MS office suite
• Familiarity with airline industry is an advantage
