Title:- Associate Vice President for Administration
Education:- Master’s degree required from an accredited institution in administration or related field required

•  Five to Eight years of progressively responsible leadership experiences in higher education in administration, particularly areas related to the scope of the position.
•  The Associate VP leads, plans, manages, organizes, and evaluates college administrative operations, systems, and processes including; facilities management; maintenance; security; human resources; retail management; general support services including mail and copy room; purchasing, risk management, and other related operational functions

Title:- Project Retail Manager
Education:- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Project Management and/or evidence of further professional development.

•  Three years of customer service or retail experience; at least two years at a Manager or higher level.
•  Specific experience creating and organizing RFPs; awarding leases, negotiating monthly lease fees and monitoring customer needs for service.
• Proven track record of employing collegial, friendly, flexible and collaborative approaches as it relates to a diverse population.
• Demonstrated knowledge of inventory control practices; working with RFP’s for retail outlets; awarding leases
• Ability to keep detailed records; to assemble and organize information and to prepare and submit reports related all
