• Ensure quality planning, practice, delivery and monitoring of teaching and learning across the subject area
• Work collaboratively with colleagues in raising the standards and achievement for all students and
• Deliver interesting and engaging lessons for students who possess a range of interests and abilities

The successful candidate will be able to deliver interesting and engaging lessons for students who possess a range of interests and abilities. Interest or experience in debating is an advantage but not essential.

The successful candidates will be goal oriented with a passion for their subject area/s, teaching and learning, whole school contribution, they will be able to engage and inspire students, work collectively to develop effective pedagogical approaches, apply and model the Arndell Learning Framework, are persons of Christian faith and can foster the use and implementation of new technologies.
