ATS Pacific job vacancy for Operations Manager

ATS Pacific, based in Nadi, is one of Fiji’s leading inbound travel management companies. We are seeking to employ an experienced General Manager to manage the daily operations.

Post Name: Operations Manager

The suitable applicant should have the following skills and attributes;

•  Oversee the 24 hour per day operations of FIT Reservations, Groups and Cruise ship business within Fiji.
• Initiative and oversee all project management work at ATS Pacific.
• Have vast experience in operational management including rosters, fleet allocation and supplier relationships.
• Maintain the cruise ship schedule by updating arrival dates, times and passenger numbers.
• Maintain a database of all supplier insurances, in accordance with ATS Pacific requirements.
• Ensure all cruise ship files are entered into Tour plan by the Cruise Consultants after each port call to ensure a smooth reconciliation process for the month end finance requirements.
• Establish and manage key projects, for example but not limited to ensuring ATS Pacific gains the Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd environmental sustainability qualification.
• Assist in getting new tours approved once the operational aspects have been set up and provided by the Cruise Manager.

The successful candidate must have at least 10 years management experience in tourism or operational related businesses and be able to demonstrate leadership qualities required to operate a business such as ATS Pacific Fiji.
