We are seeking an experienced mechanic to join our team in our busy workshop in Gore, Southland.
This is a varied position which would see you completing general repairs, servicing, maintenance, fit out of boats from wiring, engine/unit installations and all internal systems through to trailer manufacture. This work is completed on a full range of boats – from recreational boats, race boats and commercial tour boats.
The role is varied and interesting in a very well equipped workshop. Hours are Monday-Friday 7am – 4.30pm with pay rates to suit experience.
While specific skills are important, so too is attitude. This role would suit a flexible, enthusiastic and hard working individual who endeavours to produce work of a very high standard to meet the expectations of our clientele.
This position would suit someone with a mechanical background who is keen to upskill their knowledge in the jet boat industry.
