Awatra Sdn Bhd are a well-established Oil & Gas Manpower Supply company currently, we are looking for an;

Post Name:- Operations Supervisor

•  Sourcing for candidate through database
• Checking on validity of requisite document
• Preparing CVs for Clients’s review
• Preparing contracts for successful candidate
• Arranging for visa/ work permit as per requirement
• Arranging for training/ medical prior to mobilization
• Arranging for domestic/ international fight
• Liaising with client on confirmed flight details; personal documents of candidate
• Arranging for cash advance
• Mobilization process – signing of contract, issuing of cash advance, photo copying original documents to update file; issuance of PPE
• Update mob/ demob details in Operations Management System
• Monitor time sheet
• Check time sheet
• Forward timesheet to payroll department for processing
• Prepare Crew Expense Claim
• Liaising with client on crew change/ crew planning
