Would you like to be part of a newly formed multinational team in a Globally recognized engineering organization, working in Partnership with the Royal Air force of Oman? We have an exciting opportunity for two Training Administrators to join our team at the Royal Air Force of Oman. Adam Airbase.
The successful candidates will be accountable to the Training Project Manager within the Adam Air Base Training team.
The role will involve providing administrative support to the Training team with the objective of ensure that the Training team can deliver effective and efficient training. The role will also support the Training Project Manager in the planning and management of the course delivery which will involve liaising with Royal Air Force of Oman personnel.

As an Training Administrator your main responsibilities will involve:
As Training Administrator you will be the administrative central point of contact at Adam Airbase with Internal and external agencies to provide the business support to the Training team. A key responsibility will be the management and maintenance of audit able records of all Ground Crew Training completed at Adam Airbase by Royal Air Force of Oman personnel. You will also prepare presentations and reports as required by the Training Project Manager.

Location: The role will be located at Adam Airbase, Wilayat of Adam, Al Dakhiliyah Region and preference will be given to applicant from the Wilayat of Adam.

Security Clearance: The successful candidates will be required to receive a security clearance issued by the relevant Omani Authority. An unconditional offer of employment will be conditional on the applicant being granted this clearance.
