Would you like to be part of a globally recognized engineering organization, working in Partnership with the Royal Air force of Oman? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Professional to join our team at Adam Airbase supporting a mixed Omani and expatriate workforce.

The successful candidate will be accountable to the HR Implementation Manager and will be responsible for the provision and application of effective client-facing HR advisory, consultancy, operational and professional service, primarily to Line Management, but also to employees.

As a HR Associate your main responsibilities will involve (but are not limited to):-

•  Providing advice on a range of employment issues and business challenges
• Investigating and resolving complex people queries
• Supporting and coaching line managers in the execution of people Initiatives
• Providing advice to line managers m line with Omani labour law
• Supporting the resourcing of the organization
• Supporting the HR Manager m planning and implementing the People Plan
• HR Policy creation, implementation and governance
• Managing, leading or contributing to HR projects
• Reviewing business related people data to identify potential implications and initiate actions to resolve
• Employee communication and engagement

As a HR Associate your skills and qualifications will ideally include:-

•  Experience In a customer facing HR role supporting a multinational workforce
• A good knowledge of Omani Labour Law
• Professional qualification in HR Management
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Excellent communication and business consultancy skills

• You should demonstrate the ability to make balanced judgement against complex scenarios and influence stakeholders to successful conclusion.

• Business acumen is also important in order to influence, facilitate and implement change
