Post Name: Associate Network Engineer
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced person for the above position reporting to the Head of IT Support, Infrastructure and Communication Services and based in Suva.

Job Summary:-
Responsible for the running of the network deployed at the Bank. Provide support through monitoring, troubleshooting and maintaining the up time of the various networks as per Service Level Agreements (SLA).

Responsibilities:-

1.  Responsible for the running of network deployed at the Bank.
2. Maintain and update documentations as and when required, including standard operating procedures and baseline configurations of network systems.
3. Provide suggestions to improve the systems to meet the business and SLA requirements.
4. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the ITIL processes.
5. Communicate effectively with both co-workers and management.

Knowledge and Skills and Qualifications:-

•  Degree in related discipline.
• 2 years of relevant experience and CCNA certifications are required.
• Strong hands-on network support experience on a LAN, WAN and data centre environment.
• A solid understanding of CISCO networking solutions, including Firewalls.
• Knowledge of Unix, Linux and Solaris operating systems will be advantageous.
• Network management concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent documentation skills.
