Post Name: Senior IT Lead

Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to):-

• 100% Level 1, 100% Level 2 & 50-60% Level 3 Support User, attending to breakdowns, resolving issues, ensuring that system is up & operational, RCA, diagnose & reporting via Ticketing system.
• Manage POS systems, Desktops, laptops, networking & Printing devices, Enterprise level application of Office, Point of Sales etc, Indoor & Outdoor wireless systems & etc
• Manage Enterprise level systems of Servers, Firewalls & Cloud Services.
• Development of analysis, applications and reports via applications, programming and automation, to assist stack holders to deliver their services more efficiently.
• Branch travel as and when required to deploy projects or resolve issues.
• Gathering of knowledge and converting them into training and educating the stakeholders on resolving issues faster and also of new technology.
• Documentation of knowledge and preparation of reports for department analysis and growth.
• Project: Work with the Directors & Team to execute various projects that would grow and transform the Departments.

Key Attributes:-

• A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Tertiary education in IT Field – Trade Certificate/Diploma/Degree
• Certifications in Related fields.
• Strong analytical skills, research and development skills.
• Good communication and listening skills
• Strong ability to work independently
