Job Location: Kuching/Lundu
Number Of Post: 1 position

Job Requirement:

• Possess at least Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in construction field (bridge and civil works)
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCad
• Knowledge in Primavera would be an added advantage
• Hands on experience in construction site is an added advantage

Job Description:

• All QS works related to pie-tender and post tender
• Liaise and coordinate with project manager and site team to resolve contractual matters
• Perform monthly work progress assessment, verify claims, site evaluation and report

Job Requirement:

• Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree In Engineering Construction Management
• At least 3 years of working experience in construction field
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Hands on experience with construction site QA/QC especially bridge and civil works

Job Description:

• Act as QA/QC for the project
• Prepare monthly QA-QC reports
• Update and amend Quality Assurance Plan including Inspection and Testing Plan
• Liaise with consultants and site team on QA/QC related matters
• Responsible for QA/QC documentation as per JKR standard specifications

Post Name: Senior Site/ Project Engineer
Job Location: Kuching/Lundu
Number Of Post: 2 position

Job Requirement:

• Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Construction Management
• At least 5 years of working experience in construction field especially bridge and civil works
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCad and Microsoft Project/Primavera
• Hands on experience with construction site and able to resolve technical problems on site
• Proactive, disciplined, independent self-motivated and pleasant interpersonal

Job Description:

• Assist project construction manager in planning and execution of daily site activities and all technical aspects
• Preparation of daily and monthly reports, method statements and other compliance with JKR standard specification and tender/contract document
• Coordinate with client consultant, authorities and sub-contractors on site
• Ensure progress on site is in accordance with work programme and construction drawings

Post Name: Site Supervisor
Job Location: Kuching/Lundu
Number Of Post: 3 position

Job Requirement:

• Possess at least Diploma in Engineering/Construction Management
• At least 3 years of working experience in constriction field especially bridge and civil works
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCad
• Proactive, disciplined, independent and pleasant interpersonal skills

Job Description:

• Assist in planning and execution of daily site activities and technical aspects
• Liaise with client, consultant, authorities and sub-contractors on site
• Assist in site administration and compliance with JKR specifications such as OHSE, method statements etc.
