Post Name: Clinical Nurse Leader

We are looking for a Clinical Nurse Leader with the X Factor.

This role is permanent Full Time, Monday to Friday 08.30-16.30 for an experienced Nurse. The role will be supporting the General Manager and leading a diverse multi-disciplinary Team.

There will be shared on-call responsibilities as you will be an integral member of our Nursing Team.

Applicants must have the following key skills:

• A passion for leading a Team, mentoring, supporting and teaching others
• The ability to work effectively within an innovative and caring Team
• Excellent clinical assessment, observation skills and computer literacy
• Have a current APC and either residency or appropriate visa
• Excellent time management skill and be able to manage and cope with multiple demands on your time
• Thrive on making a contribution to the care of the older person in a 36 bed Rest Home and 22 bed Dementia Home
