Are you looking for a new Clinical leadership challenge in 2024? We are building a new leadership team at BUPA Ascot.
We are looking for someone who loves to be challenged, with a passion for clinical leadership and enabling a progressive team culture.
You will be able to demonstrate well-developed leadership competencies, have excellent organisational skills as well as be process and quality-driven.

About the Role:
This is a permanent, full-time role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Working in close partnership with the General Manager, you will provide a high level of clinical leadership and support to clinical and care staff. The care home offers rest home, hospital-level care, and specialist dementia care.

Skills and Qualifications:
You’ll help us make a real difference through your Clinical Leadership experience, personal passion, and empathy.

• Hold a current APC and NZ Nursing Council Registration.
• Excellent clinical skills in adult care and ideally have aged care experience.
• Passion for leading a team to mentor, develop and support others.
• Internal audit management and leading continuous quality improvements.
• Confident communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
