Roles & Responsibilities:
* Provide general admin support to Human Resource Dept
* Responsible for work pass related matters; applications, renewals, cancellations etc.
* Prepare letter of appointment, confirmation, termination, warning, salary revision etc.
* Maintain staff uniform inventory.
* Maintain proper insurance records and ensure timely renewals
* Need to know the local employment law and payroll calculations.
* Manage and maintain employee’s records
* Process tax clearance for foreign employees
* Prepare monthly project schedule and report
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least GCE ‘O’ level or equivalent
* At least 1 year of working experience
* Proficient in MS Office.
