The Job:

To monitor and ensure full compliance by the Bintulu Port Holdings Berhad (BPHB) Group on legal and statutory requirements enforceable under the Statutes and the relevant authorities concerned, reviewing of the Legal Compliance Manual and drafting of Group Company’s Policies and Terms of Reference (where necessary) so as the safeguard to Company’s interest.

Requirements:

• Degree in Law (LLB) or Degree in Legal Studies or Master in Law (LLM) from a recognised institution;
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in related field;
• Good knowledge of all laws enforceable and its updates;
• Computer literate;
• Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills;
• Strong analytical & influential skills;
• Self-confident and has ability to work in a team;
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure; and
• Possess integrity and positive attitude towards the job.
