Post Name: Legal Secretary / Personal Assistant– Litigation

We are currently seeking an experienced Legal Secretary / Personal Assistant to support the Litigation Partner of the firm.

This is a senior role and requires you to undertake a range of tasks in the area of civil litigation, including:

• Planning for and delivering high quality, accurate work whilst managing deadlines and competing priorities
• Preparing of court documents
• Managing billing
• Managing Partner’s internal and external appointments with appropriate meeting lead times
• Management of firm s court diary
• Proactively monitoring agency instructions, court filings, outstanding actions and deadlines

Skills and Experience:

• A minimum of five years’ experience in preparation of court documentation
• Thorough understanding of court proceedings
• Strong matter management and billing experience with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Teams
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
