We are looking for a leader who would thrive in a dynamic environment to build our organizational development function from the ground up in this new and exciting role.

At Blacktown, we are experiencing a period of transformation within our organization. As a forward-thinking professional who has experience in partnering with complex client groups, you would lead and engage our stakeholders in the development and delivery of learning, capability enhancement and organizational development strategies and programs.

You would be developing and delivering strategies and innovative programs covering culture, development, diversity, inclusion and well being across over 40 business lines within our organization, and working to up skill employees to meet current and future workforce needs.

Salary Range:- A competitive salary range of $1,996.10 to $2,235.70 pw (Grade 19), 35-hour week, leave entitlements, 9.5% employer superannuation contribution, gym membership discounts and more.
