BLD Plantation Bhd. kuching is a Sarawak based company involved in oil palm industry. We are looking for suitable candidates to be part of our team. We have immediate vacancies for the following position:-

Immediate Vacancies for Manager, Engineer, Supervisor, Trainee, Clerk at BLD Plantation Bhd. kuching

Post Name: Mill Manager

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in Palm Oil Mill operation.
• 1st or 2nd Grade Steam Engineer’s Certificate of Competency.
• Good English communication and writing skills.
• Knowledge in MSPO. RSPA and ISO 9001, QMS certification will be an added advantage.
• Possess leadership, analytical and troubleshooting skill.

Post Name: Mill Engineer

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Palm Oil Mill operation maintenance.

Post Name: Trainee Engineer

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.

Post Name: Senior Plantation Manager

• Degree in Agriculture / Forestry, or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of work experience in management function, preferably in palm oil estates.
• Strong agronomic technical insight and sound judgment in resolving plantations issues.
• Leadership skill, disciplined, and committed to work.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skill with effective communication at all levels.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Post Name: Plantation Manager

• Degree in Agriculture / Forestry, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in management function, preferably in palm oil estates.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong leadership and organizational skill with effective communication at all levels.

Post Name: Workshop Supervisor

• Minimum 10 years of work experience in all types of heavy and light machinery, logging or plantation sector.
• Able to deal with outside workshops or on repair, rebuilt or parts modifications.

Post Name: Plantation Supervisor Trainee / Mandore Trainee

• SPM / STPM / Diploma in Agriculture / Forestry, or equivalent
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
• To be based at oil palm plantation, or others.

Post Name: Account / Administrative Clerk

• Minimum SPM / UEC qualification or its equivalent
• Able to communicate in English and computer literate.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
