Service Executive Technician Retailing Officer At Borneo Mobility (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd Kuching Malaysia

TOYOTA is looking for the following positions:-

Post Name: Service Executive

Job Purpose:

• Utilise engineering skills and expertise to resolve technical issues including fault finding and problem analysis and timely repairs
• Attend to standard operating procedure for all systems in good working order
• Provide excellent customer service

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage service staff members and 3rd party contractors
• Communicate with customers about work time, minimise customer wait time
• Assess and repair technical failures
• Perform routine maintenance and preventive repairs on existing systems
• Adhere closely to maintenance and repair schedules with customers on their cars
• Maintain a good customer retention rate with customers
• Develop service centre technical skill level (training of staff member)
• Accurately and timely document all technical reports

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree Holder preferable in Engineering or its equivalent
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and interact with people effectively
• Ambitious and result oriented
• Energetic and possess leadership qualities
• Proficient in software applications especially MS Office
• Extrovert personality with good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin

Post Name: Automotive Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for conducting repair and service jobs at the service centre and ensuring the quality of repair and service jobs meet customer expectations
• Ensuring that all work is earned out to the highest standard first time
• Carry out routine vehicle service and maintenance, inspecting components for wear and tear and documents all findings
• Test potentially faulty parts, diagnosing any issues and resolving faults
• Working closely with other members of the workshop team to constantly learn and share knowledge
• Safe keeping and maintenance of tools and equipments including workstations

Requirements:

• At least Certificate (MLVK) in Automotive / Mechanical Engineering (Level 4) or equivalent Minimum 1-2 years related experience
• Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic components of vehicles Possess a full valid driving licence

Post Name: Procurement & Retailing Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• To lead and monitor the vehicle classification activities, to select sufficient vehicles for retailing
• To appoint & review contractors for reconditioning and to standardize costing. To supervise the job orders and monitor the costing & lead time
• To supervise the pre-sales handling activities i.e. displaying of vehicles, washing & cleaning etc. and to safe-keep keys of all unsold retail vehicles
• To monitor Sales Advisor’s productivity and to achieve sales target & target GP per unit
• To monitor stock holding lead-time and ensure retail vehicles are disposed within the target lead-time
• To assist Branch Manager in wholesaling process
• To attend appointments with Sales Advisors & customers from Sales Outlets for appraising potential trade in vehicles
• To conduct appraisal on trade in vehicles by assessing the physical conditions & specifications
• To offer price valuation to Sales Advisor-in-charge based on the physical appraisal

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree Holder preferable in Marketing or its equivalent
• At least 2 years working experience in used car wholesale and retailing
• Proficient in software applications especially MS Office Energetic and possess leadership qualities
• Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
