The Job:

• Play an important role to incalculate integrity and ethical values of the Company’s employees
• Good understanding of integrity management as well as the ability to develop Integrity Action Plan for the Company;
• Ability to develop the integrity and anti-bribery legal framework, compliance and monitoring system on integrity management as well as risk corruption framework;
• Willingness to undergo training for certification as qualified Integrity Officer.

Requirements:

• Degree in Law (LLB), Legal Studies, Finance, Audit, Human Resources and Business Administration from a recognized institution;
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in related field;
• Good knowledge of all laws enforceable and its updates especially Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009 and (Amendment) Act 2018, Whistle-blower Protection Act 2010, ISO 37001:2016 Anti Bribery Management System;
• Computer literate
• Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills;
• Strong analytical & influential skills;
• Self-confident and has ability to work in a team;
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure; and
• Possess integrity and positive attitude towards the job.
