Post Name: Marine Pilot / Mooring Master And Loading Master
(Full-Time Or Part-Time)

Responsibilities:
Full – Time Employee:

• Provide marine pilotage to all type of vessels calling at Bintulu Port, Samalaju Industrial Port, Muara Port, Brunei, or at any port or location where Bintulu Port Sdn. Bhd. (BPSB) have the operation service commitment.
• The Pilots have to go training to qualify or to get Harbor Pilot Qualifications from the relevant Authority.
• Marine pilotage includes approaches channels, navigation, harbor movements, offshore Single Point Mooring (SPM), or any oil and gas operation at Fix Terminal or Floating Terminal.
• This position is also responsible to carry out Piloting, Mooring & Unmooring, and Loading Operation for the Single Point Mooring (SPM) Terminal, STS at Anchorage, and PFLNG when required by the company.
• Ensure all operations are completed in a safe efficient manner consistent with regulatory and Company requirements.

Part-Time / Freelancer:-

• Carry out Piloting, Mooring & Unmooring, and Loading Operation for the Single Point Mooring (SPM) Terminal, STS at Anchorage and PFLNG when required by the company.
• Ensure all operations are completed in a safe efficient manner consistent with regulatory and Company requirements.

Requirements:

• Master Mariner (STCW II/2 Master 3000 GT or more ULV) or
• Chief Mate Certification (STCW II/2 Master 3000 GT or more ULV).

Work Experience:
At least 3 years work experience as Mooring Master & Loading Master for PFLNG Operation or STS Operation For Lngc.

Age And Physical Requirement:

• Not more than 40 Years old
• Ability and willingness to work extended hours, nights, holidays and weekends when required
• Ability to climb stairs and vertical ladders to board vessels, SPM and transfer between vessels in moderate sea conditions
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stoop, squat, kneel, crawl, grab/carry equipment and reach overhead and
• Ability to wear breathing apparatus and applicable personal protective equipment.
